This has been an incredible week to say the least! With the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movie coming out, we just had to spend the week before Thanksgiving celebrating and having fun in the library.
On Monday, we enjoyed dressing up and posing with Newt Scamander complete with wand, glasses, Griffyndor scarf, and dress robes (all from Mrs. Montgomery’s closet). I did get some funny looks for students when I asked them if they wanted to take a picture, but they ended up having a blast! I couldn’t resist either…

On Tuesday, we made wands during Mega Lunch! We had a great turnout!

I had to cancel our Thursday bookmark making, but a few students came in for the cold read and we loved it! It was fun thinking about what actors go through when reading a script and bringing it to life.
It was a FANTASTIC way to celebrate the movie and get ready for our Thanksgiving break as well. Thank you AHS!
